  • Custom Software: For tailor-made applications or integrations, delivery timelines will vary based on your project scope and are shared during project onboarding.
  • Subscription Services: Access to platforms or dashboards is activated within 24 hours of payment receipt.

3. DELIVERY METHODS

4. FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERY

5. ACCESS ISSUES & RE-DELIVERY

  • One-time free reissue of digital delivery upon valid proof of purchase.
  • Access recovery support for up to 30 days  from the original purchase date.
  • A fee may apply for reissuing licenses after the 30-day period, depending on your software plan.

6. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS & ACCESS

  • Subscription-based services (monthly/yearly) are delivered on a rolling basis.
  • Renewal confirmations and continued access are delivered automatically upon successful billing.
  • Non-payment or failed renewal will suspend access until payment is received.

7. REGIONAL AVAILABILITY

Due to licensing restrictions and compliance requirements, certain products may not be available in all countries. We reserve the right to cancel orders from restricted regions and will issue a full refund if applicable.
